Torre Medi, an emblematic building with vocation of symbol

Situated on Juan Carlos I Avenue, the Medi Tower Building is located in an excellent position,
in a good relation with the traditional centre of Murcia and also in good connection with
the "Autovía del Mediterráneo" highway.
This emblematic office building, designed by the architect Francisco Solá, reassures the quality of all Medi
proposals. The spot on which the building is located has a clear disposition as a "door of the city"; it is
established as an opening point for the new "ronda" (circular street) that will connect all the lateral
streets of the city. It has the virtues of a city centre building and the facilities this implies.

and over the "Valle del Segura"´ (Segura Valley), as architect Francisco Solá says.
Its night silhouette also reveals an appealing presence for all travellers that circulate on the Mediterranean
Highway, extending the image of the Medi Tower to all the regional area.

"On this tower we´ll distribute the working spaces in an unique disposition", Solá said, who adds that
the commercial area of the building has all the services of a lineal space for exposition, in the shape of a
helix. This area covers the whole surface of the park that surrounds the Tower.
Each floor of the tower has the best conditions for a nice working environment, where the relation between
the original surface of the building and the working space is really amazing. The views on the city form
this Tower, even from its first floor, offer a panoramic vision (with an angle of 270 degrees on the valley).
This offers the people who work in the building unique conditions of work.
On the other hand, from a technical point of view, "we introduce a building that respects all
the rules in the building laws, and also offers the most advanced systems of comfort and security
in the market", adds Solá.
"Medi Tower is a high building that will offer two independent evacuation centres, as well as
sprayers for fires on every floor. The façade has double crystals and there are laminated on
both sides, apart form having a special wall with thermal bridge break", as the architect of
the building puts it.
Solá also points out that the external aspect offers a last-generation glass that filters radiation
without producing reflections. Its solar-control marquees also "facilitate the maintaining of the building".
The building has been designed in a way that will offer each of its offices the best services and all
the other things that provide the highest quality to a working area. Each office has a space for
computing servers in each floor, as well as for the electrical connections. The air conditioning
devices of each floor offers the maximum performance for the best air in the working area.
Torre Medi is a building of these times; it has the vocation
of becoming a symbol and an image for the whole community. All
