The Valencian architect Ramón Esteve will design the Medi stand for the 5th edition of the "Urbe Desarrollo"
Fair. This will take place at Feria Valencia (November 24th-27th, 2006).
The cooperation of the Valencian architect, "which is really interesting", according to sources from
the company, will be a notorious mark at Medi stand. It won´t show just a sober style with essential
elements, but will also have open spaces and business spots in its 140 square meters.
"A quiet environment, ideal to offer new proposals" as Ramón Esteve says.
The design of the stand is not a coincidence: in this context, Medi -leader in the community real estate area-
has taken advantage of this city-planning event (the most important of the Mediterranean seaside) to introduce
the new image of the company, created and designed by Nacho Lavernia. This new image has not only new colours
and a new logo; it really implies a whole new corporate design which adapts the company image to the new times.
The graphic image by Nacho Lavernia and the architectural aspect developed by Ramón Esteve are thereby
united in a common project: the integral design of the Medi stand, which "won´t leave anyone without an
opinion" at the Valencian city-planning event, which will offer its most international edition in 2006.
Medi has a definite line of architectural quality in their projects; this firm idea has lead them to
choose these two important and leading Valencian professionals, Ramón Esteve and Nacho Lavernia,
to design their company stand.
The synergy of these two artistic disciplines with a clear nexus; this is Medi project.
