Rosal buys 20% of Medi stocks

Medi Company consolidates its position in real estate market through a process of a fusion with other company.
This process was initiated more than a year ago and it is becoming an important element of development,
which assures a brilliant future in a short period of time and also for the future.
This process, which began with the fusion of the different companies that constituted Medi group,
it´s now finished with the Rosal Company stocks-buying. This company (which is the real estate area
of the Lladró Porcelain group) now owns the 20% of Medi stocks.
This operation constitutes a strategic and non-economical objective, as Medi Deputy Consultant,
Antonio Lleó García says. "Such a prestigious company as Rosal has chosen to invest in our company,
which is something that gives us great satisfaction." That´s why Lleó García shares the opinion
of Company Rosal about facing a quality project, with a future for development.
With these actions, Medi reaches quite an important position regarding land in the Valencian Community,
which is reinforced by the trust that Rosal has shown in this company. This not only assures a brilliant
future for the company, but also maximizes the constant growth of the company and its projects.
Rosal and Medi´s philosophies concur not only in this recent project between both companies; their support
to sailing sports and contemporary art are good examples of the common interests of both companies,
that now start a new project together, in an emergent and exclusive ambit.
In this context, it is also important to remember that Medi and Rosal (among with other tour companies)
promote an Integral Plan of Building, Jardines de la Malvarrosa, at the Burriana area in Castellón.
This project has 1,083,289.91 square meters of total surface, and will offer 5,486 dwelling
houses of an excellent quality.
