Medi technicians supervise the finishing touches to the Murcia Tower

The Medi Tower, Murcia´s new image, is virtually complete. The city´s most emblematic building and Medi´s most
ambitious project, it stands at the beginning of the new Juan Carlos I Avenue, benefiting from the virtues of a
city centre and the services of a metropolitan complex.
The company´s technicians and Paco Sola, the architect behind this imprevissive work, are currently adding the
finishing touches to the building, wich is expected to open in less than month. With just a few adjustments to
the facilities and the odd detail at the entrance required, the Medi Tower is locatd at the beginning of the
new ring road that will provide connections to all Murcia´s radial arterial roads.
Each level of the structure has a wood flooring thar harmonises perfectly with the large windows around the base.
Even from the first floor, the building´s occupants will be able to admire stunning 270º panoramic views through
these windows in a privileged woeking environment.
Furthermore, from the technical point of view the building complies with all the lastest building regulation
and state of the art safety and comfort standards.
The building has been designed to provide each of the offices it accommodates with the finest facilities and
services, plus all the means to ensure a quality working environment. Hence, every office has a space on the same
level to store its computer servers and switchboard, while the air conditioning equipment for each level of the
building is speciafically positioned to optimise its functioning.
In short, the Medi Tower is a building of its time that is set to become a symbolic image for the whole autonomous
region. All these attributes, plus numerous details concerning the quality and efficiency of the materials used,
lend the building a uniquely elegant and innovative character.
